Hi,

I have submitted my fingerprints on 21st March and its been 15days there is no update in my CIC ac, where as my friend got his biomatric done on 6th April and by 9th april his CIC ac is updated with Biomatric- Completed.
I want to know is this usual or I need to speak to some one.

You have obviously done your part in following IRCC instructions, now there is no reason why it didn't get updated but it may be a system glitch. I suggest you call IRCC or send an CSE after 30 days of getting BIL so that you tell them that you have done it and ask them to update your profile as is.
