Hi,

I have got ITA to apply and I am planning for my Medical Test, 7 years back i was diagnosed for TB and it was cured in 5 months and I had under gone Spine surgery 4 years back, Will this have any impact in my visa process.

It could. Hopefully your xray scan doesn't give them any reason to require additional tests.
There are some threads in this forum where former TB patients have shared their experiences. I get the sense that it isn't cause for too much worry...

Thank you, Every year i do chest X Ray so far all these years its good and i do not have any problem, i am thinking should i really disclose it to Doctor during my medical test.

Then you really have nothing to worry about. And perhaps its best to be completely honest with the doctor and fully disclose.
