They still used my maiden name on the application even though I already used my married name on the form.
As I previously mentioned, your degree diploma and/or your transcripts should specifically mention that language or medium of education was english to be valid, unless it was from an english speaking nation.
If you do not satisfy the condition above, your application will be returned (99.99%). Academic IELTS is NOT valid
I have sent my diploma from Canada as well as my degree (was in English) from my home country along with Academic IELTS. so my concern is would be take into account IELTS was in fact Academic and Send my application back?
If your diploma is from Canadian School/University, you should be fine. They wouldn't care about IELTS anymore
They will probably change it by the time your application status changes to "In Process"
Similar to nilyam's case mentioned on previous page (post #487), if you can't access your ECAS with your maiden last name, try your married last name too

Did you receive you AOR ? I called cic today and they said they are working on applications receive on Feb 4 th . They said you have wait until they open your application but as I can see feb 15 th applicants are getting their AOR.
when they say they are working on application received feb 4th means those applications are going into process. as u can see in SS the first week of Feb applicants are having IN PROCESS status
if the application is not returned, then there is a possibility that the application is still under initial checks, as I have seen some applicants aor after 3 months. like 90 days.
How long they take to return application ? It been 56 day since they have received my application. No AOR and no return application . I provided 2 different addresses , my mailing address is different from my residential address . In case if they have to return my application, they will return on mailing address ... correct ?
