Because I called them as well last week they were like my eligibility still under review and my background check is finished.

I'm in the same boat as you. They did not tell me anything about eligibility. If you're Aor is 4th Oct ,it means you are already over 6 months period time. Have you heard any news on your file yet?

Approved since 14th March.

I read some posts said Vancouver is very slow on sending PPR. I'm on the same boat as my secondary VO is Vancouver and my application was approved April 5th ( I called IRCC and verified it with an agent). I'm also waiting for PPR however it seems you have been waiting for it a long time before me. My AOR is Oct 25th.

Congratulations!! I guess you are CEC inland, right? Which office are you going?
I also got AOR on Oct 1 and file was approved on Feb 25. I live in BC now but don't know which VO has my file now. I just assume it's in Vancouver.

My VO is Vancouver and yes I am CEC inland applicant.
We have very similar time line. I suppose your email is around corner as well? I am not sure if this help tho, I made CSE inquiry and GCMS request this week. Lol .

I got an email from Vancouver CIC office(?)
Title was "Communication from CIC-Vancouver- Immigration Appointment"
