what does mean “dept recommend- conditional”??
My profile dicision was changed, but I haven’t get any mails.
Anybody get the admission for 2018 fall intake?

This sounds like a conditional approval.

If so, it means you have been accepted into a program but with conditions.

Could be that you have to meet a certain English Language level or some other type of condition(s).

Provided you have the admission letter from the DLI in Canada, yes.
