PCC for 6 Month

Hello
If i stay in my home country for 10 years and travel for 2 weeks in anther country (Country A) and return to my home country again for several days then travel to Canada.
i apply to PR while iam in Canada , Can i get the PCC from my home country while iam in home country coming back from Country A

according to CIC:For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

That mean i leave my home country after last 6 months in row

You only need PCC from your country before you leave to Canada you don't need to wait for 6 months or anything.
You have already lived there for 10 years, travelled for a very short trip and them came back. All you need to do is get a PCC, go to Canada and you can apply for the PR
