GCMS keeps getting denied.

My request for GCMS notes keeps getting denied for the following reason: the clients signature on the consent form is different from the one on file. I've requested twice and got the same thing. Both our signatures me and my girlfriends are the same on all parts of the application so I do not understand. Do they mean our passport signature? I am confused.

Did everything myself.

Two possibilities come to mind

1. Your signature on your passport differs from the signature on the application. This should be easy to check.
2. When you submitted the original application for your TRV, you somehow made a mistake and signed where your girlfriend was supposed to and vice-versa. Do you have a copy of your original application?
