What ??? Nothing you have written is making any sense. You need a Garunteed Investment Certificate (GIC) in your name. You can get a GIC from Scotiabank if you are in India, China, Philippines or Vietnam.

You have to pay money to Scotiabank, and they will open a new account in your name.

If you are not talking GIC then you need bank statement as proof of funds.

I am about to apply for study visa. My uncle is sponsoring me so he had transferred 50k CAD to my account. My problem is that, I can't show the bank statement of the last 4 months because I opened that account recently. What should I do?

Then you need to show sponsorship statement/certificate.
OK. I will do that.
I have another doubt, I had seen many people on this forum who had faced rejection only on the basis that they won't return back to their country after the completion of studies.
When it comes to me, my uncle has a construction company and I am working for him from the past one year as a civil engineer. Will it work if I get a letter on the company's letter head stating that they would take me back to the job after the completion on studies.
