Cotton was written already ... so answer was factories
Yes I wrote the same
And I reading do u remember
Rdif for shoppers -I wrote A , which I think is wrong ,the answer was F ( shoppers items could be scanned before they reaching the till, no waiting time )

The superior performance of rdif was A
After giving it a second thought I think these were correct
