Is Ecas reliable

hi I got decision made on Ecas on 12th March but no 3rd line added on Ecas so far. No any correspondence yet. When I am checking the status over the phone it saying my application still in process.
August applicant file transfer to NDVO in dec but no medical request yet.

In answer to your question : eCAS is often delayed for updates and sometimes completely unreliable, with updates getting missed.
GCMS notes are more reliable but always delayed (deliberately, it seems) for 30 days (or sometimes more).

Hello friend.... May 2018 Applicant right here, File got transferred 31st of August 2018 and up till now no Medical request as well. Am really so puzzled and confused ,but on the bar that was introduced 2 months ago it reads 48 days more to go . My VO is AVO and am from Nigeria married to a Canadian. Is a bit frustrating but I know very soon some miraculous will happen in our favour by God's grace.
