With regards to the job reference letter, I have uploaded a letter on the letterhead signed by the HR manager and the same letter but signed by my manager on a plain paper.
I have provided some explanation in the LOE that only HR manager is allowed to sign the letterhead and because of that I have provided both. Also I have explained in the LOE that my manager is the one who drafted the letter while the HR manager signed it after making the hr coordinator review it.
Was it ok to mention that

I believe both letters have the designation and contact details plus stamp of the issuing authority i.e ur manager and HR respectively (they’ll verify if they want)
And if your LOE is crisp and short explaining the same then nothing to worry.

Yea both lettees have the contact details but only the HR one has the company stamp, my manager has no stamp .
So I shouldn't worry that I subtly mentioned that the HR were not the ones who issued it and rather signed it to be on letterhead only and that is was issued by my manager
So it's no problem if I have pointed that out to them.
