Passport returned with no Canadian TRV stamp. Help

Good Morning

I applied for A TRV in February, received my tracking Visa ID and also A mail containing validity of my Biometric for the next 10 years.

Yesterday, my Passport was couriered to me and it came blank on all pages with no Visa stamp or a letter detailing next step.

Please i will be glad if i could get assistance on what i should no next.

I actually did not receive a letter via mail, not even in my spam. Also my record is not showing on the CIC website..

My application was processed at the Kenya High commision instead of Nigeria.

Should i still visit the Nigerian High Commision ?

You cannot visit the High Commission.

You have been refused. There is no doubt about that. You can email the Lagos visa office to request for your TRV refusal letter

Curious to know if you ever heard back from immigration on if you were rejected and the possible reason
