I wish if I can come across someone whos file was trf to Delhi from Mississauga after recvng add docs request!

yes u will get an email, I got file moved to NDVO , email >>in a .pdf letter [being a Sponsor]

Is anyone's background check has started after file transfer to NDVO.

Do they send email for background check or just status update in GCKey?

Mine was transferred to NDVO on 28th Feb and they started processing on 6th March.

Sounds about right. This is after medical approved.
Note - mine is still stuck in Sydney, but i heard this from a friend of mine who went through the process last year.

True... It will be about 3 months that there is no news from NDVO since file has been transferred.

Yeah - we had discussed about it. But based on the timeline from other threads looks like people in Aug 2018 (transferred to NDVO) are getting DMs.
They were transferred in Dec/Jan period. So i would say we have about another month before we expect any response from the void.
