You'll have better luck posting in either English or French on here. Of course there are some native Portuguese speakers, but if you want to immigrate to Canada you'll need to show that you can speak English and/or French, so you might as well get started.

It's generally next to impossible to do this. Most employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process to hire you. If you want to try, you'll need to apply for jobs directly with employers or through reputable sites such as linkedin (although even linkedin sometimes has scams).
