Employment reference letter is addressed to me would this create issues?

Hey guys I am trying to prepare my reference letter for EE and my HR department sent me the letter back with the following format:

My contact info

RE: Reference Letter

Dear Mr. my last name,

Everything else in the letter is fine and well detailed. Would I have any issues with this or do you guys think I should request a rewrite of the letter because every other letter post recommends 'to whomever...' or to IRCC and if it mattered at all

It would not matter. As long as the content of the letter is what was required.
