We hired Enhance Immigration based in cebu for our spousal application, they submitted it in October of last year and was advised to wait 2-3 months for AOR. January 2019 came, my husband arrvarr for a 2 months vacation and we contacted Enhance about it, we're told to wait some for initial notification from CIC. February came, we contacted them again, nothing still. Mid March emailed them demanded they call CIC to confirm if they really received our application, Enhance did contact CIC finally through email, and shocking reply was, application has been returned last December 12!!!!!!!now, enhance couldn't track where it is!!!! No tracking no.whatsoever!! Please help..

Apart from submitting a new application, I'm not sure that there is anything else that you can do.
If the application was returned as incomplete, there probably isn't even a GCMS entry.
This is very unfortunate. Sorry to say you’ll probably have to re do the entire application
. Do you have a contract with this immigration agency? My advice....don’t waste your money and do the app yourself. In my opinion this is way too important of a process to leave it in someone else’s hands. Reps are humans too we must remember that....they are going to make mistakes and may mess up applications regardless of the money you have paid them.Did you not receive the application back at the address it was sent from??
Hi there, thanks for your reply.. agency didn't receive application back but was notified by CIC (after my husband's persistence they email CIC)that package has been returned last December 12. Yes, they are humans that could make mistakes too but what was unacceptable was their negligence!!! How can they let time passed without wondering something wasn't right with more than 20 years of experience under their belt!This is very unfortunate. Sounds like the agency you used messed up. There's no point logging a complaint with IRCC if they can't find your application and never received it. IRCC can't process anything without a physical application. Canada post can't track anything without a tracking number. Has your agency given you the tracking number? If they won't give you a tracking number - that would be further evidence that they are the ones that messed up here. I would resubmit a new application as soon as possible and this time avoid using the agency and do it yourself.
Hello theet, thanks for your interest.. IRCC did receive our application but returned it in decDecem of last, they replied to Enhance enquiry email , confirming they received and returned it, attached was reason, and both IRCC and canada pocould not provide any tracking number from Canada Post
Has anyone here experienced the same thing? Couldn't trace returned parcel until now and it's been 4 months since IRCC returned it via Canada Post.
Canada Post won't have a tracking number as they are usually sent by regular mail (not registered) which means IRCC won't be able to give you a tracking number either.
Have you tried going to your local post office and asking there? PhlPost is notoriously slow and is well known as not contacting people who have mail with them.
No one here can tell you that. No one in Canada can tell you where the lost parcel is. It is most likely there in the Philippines sitting in limbo at a PhlPost office.

I will echo what others said, you will waste more time trying to ask someone from Canada (again, IRCC and Canada Post can't help, they simply do not have tracking info). It will be better if you start working on a new package. It will also be worth it YOU yourself contact Phlpost because maybe it was returned under yours or your partner's name?
As I mentioned above, Enhance Immigration agent has already done checking with post office but to no avail
