Today I received their ADR asking for:
+ Work experience document
+ Dependant child passports: my two kids do not have separate passports, they are included in their mom's passport - should that work?
+ Fund proof
Other requested info: Licensure (NOC 2173)

It is quite lengthy and frustrating process. I worked for various companies, some were my own startups that were not incorporated, some were startups that have been shutdown, some I quit and never want to talk to them again. Regarding the professional license, many software engineers do not have a university degree or license at all.

It is quite bureaucratic. I will think over whether I want to continue with this.
Good news anyway. I am 2173 too, I provide them APEGS EIT. If you cannot provide it, SINP will reject your application. BTW, APEGS is a lengthy process, you have up to one year to get it.

Well, thanks for your information, then I will give up rather than pursuing this bureaucratic process. I used to work some time in EU but I did not think about residing overseas at that time, now this Canada treated me like I am telling lies to them. Just don't like it. No software engineer should need a license, even a uni. degree is not needed.

Maybe you should pursue another program if you cannot get licensure, we have to follow their game rules.
After such long waiting we both frustrated if a negative response given. It costs so much.

Yeah they did not need over 32 weeks to give that late ADR. I myself even did not think of contacting old companies for reference, because I was not happy with them for example. And the license, that I have not thought of. I worked for companies without even showing my uni. degrees.

Yeah APEGS EIT is required for NOC 2173.

"You have indicated in your application that your intended Occupation In-Demand is NOC 2173.
This NOC currently requires professional status and/or licensure in Saskatchewan. Please provide documentation from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) showing your Engineer-in-Training membership; or a letter from APEGS indicating that you have been assigned Confirmatory Exams. http://www.apegs.ca/Portal/Pages/International-Engineering-Graduates.

Please note that your university degree and work experience are not acceptable substitutes for the above licensure. This is a requirement to be able to work in this field in Saskatchewan."

Sorry nobita, i can only say its their game, they make rules which we need to follow else they will reject oor file eventhough its 35 +weeks.

My express entry profile too got expired, made new profile and sent update to sinp. In our control lies "patiance". There's nothing that one can do.

I received an ADR asking for PoF, work experience proof and APEGS licensure in "other requested info." section. I submitted on 18th Mar, their response was due on 24th Mar but no update since then. What does that mean? They should have respond on their due date?

I submitted without the APEGS license (since it is new to me and it will take almost 01 year to get). Could it be the reason for the holding?
Yes they will hold your application, once u get APEGS. U can submit it and get nomination
