Masters of engineering with a 2.4 cumulative GPA

Hello there
Well I am a permanent resident with an international bachelor's of mechanical engineering degree so as all of you know it's hard to find a job without a Canadian education so my question is are there any Canadian universities that would accept me to a master of engineering program with a cumulative GPA of 2.24 which is 63% in Canada

Unlikely. Mid to high 70s are usually necessary for domestic students.
