Centennial college sept 2019 intake

I had received an offer letter from Centennial College but it got expired for no reason. I already paid the fees. And now they have sent me an offer for another program but I don't want to choose that program. I don't know what to do anymore

I have contacted the admission office. And they have not replied for nearly a week. But on ontariocolleges it says that my offer expired on March 31st. College told me I had until April 12th.

I asked my agent.. She said that they contacted the college.. The college hasn't started issuing offer letters for idp slot.
