salam baro bax . congrats to @aasaf and @amin.gh

@Mr_nobody I've just received my cbsa notes. as I expected , security is started in the beginning of Jan.
there is only 1 activity under security ( started time and requested officer who is the main officer ) and 1 sub-activity ( same date - type :S S - in process by CBSA ). PRIORITY normal and a34 check.

instruction to partner :0

ye security 2 ham hast ke kolan redact shode. fek konam male hamsaram bashe chon consent az tarafesh por nakardam .

khob ? is this SS , the regular SS which everyone goes into or E-SS which mostly apply to some certain nationals ?
activity 1-4 ( the latest activity ) are all about criminality and medical. dalilesh ine ke aval security man start shod , bad criminality va medical e man pass shod.

activities related to SS are 3 . 1-submitted , 2-received by CBSA , 3-IN Progress by CBSA

Admissibility section is same as I said. 1 activity and 1 sub activity under security and the rest about criminality and medical HIRV etc,
Salam Agha Soheil.

As you said, you are under SS. And your security started before the criminality. It is still in progress by CBSA and you can't do much about it except waiting to be over.

Generally we have two types of security. One of them is the regular security, which literally takes less than a couple of days or even hours to pass. For this, they only check the name with their databases and that's it. But, for the more enhanced version one, or the so-called SS, eSS, etc., they check all of your info with a lot of their counter-parts in all around the world. This will take way longer and this is the one that all of us were going through.
After all, recent trend shows that CBSA is doing much faster than before. Hope it finished for you soon :)

Hello @Mr_nobody. As you said earlier, the status of my account changed to "approved" yesterday although my passport is still in visa office, and I can see a counterfoil in my account. The expiry date is 2020/02/21. Is this date the expiration date of my visa or it refers to something else?
Thanks
This is the expiry date for both your visa and your COPR. You should land sometime before this date. Congratulations again and good to hear that you have plenty of time to pack up :)

Any idea?!
I am pretty much sure that you don't have to take your child with you as your child is already a Canadian Citizen. But to make sure, you can raise a CSE and ask them. They usually are fast when it comes to these questions.

Edit: Share here if you find out the answer for the next person who has the same problem

Hi Arash, congrats!
Thsts refer to the maximum time you have to do the landing process.

For you, first and foremost, go to the almost end of your GCMS notes. There is a section called notes. Find the officer and agents comments about your case and see if you have passed eligibility or not
Then come here and let me know to tell you what to do next

Most interesting is that the last update on the GCMS is related to :2018/07/18
But in the assessment part it says: Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Means Passed or not yet?

Recommend passed means that a case analyst reviewed your file and recommended the officer to pass it, but the officer has not confirmed it yet. After the officer confirms, it will change to passed.
Go to the end of the file and check the notes sections. There, you should be able to see what comments the analysts had on your file

Do they have any comments like they did a search for your job or your PoF?
There should be a big comment on that. Do you see any problem there?

Also, what is the status of your criminality and security in the assessment section on page 2?

Have you ever had any visa refusals? did you say yes to any of the stat. questions?
I wonder what was the reason for review required?

I meant statutory questions like previous visa refusals, military service, previous conviction in a country, and those questions that they ask in the application?
Are you also applying for your wife as well?
