Having gone through your CV, The Regina Open Door Society (RODS) is
pleased to offer you the position of administrative assistant in its
NGO. Your skills and experience will be an ideal fit for us.
As discussed in the previous mail, the starting date is June 1 2019,
and the starting salary is $20/hr of which you are expected to work
40hrs each week. Your job comes with a 2 weeks accommodation in your
first month of resumption. Salaries are paid every fortnight Friday

It's a scam. Employers never pay for accommodations. No one uses the word "fortnight" here. Lots of other red flags.
This person is a scammer. There's no job. Their user ID has been reported to the moderator and they will be banned. Do not give them any money or any of your personal information (scammers use your personal information to impersonate you and commit fraud). Hotels do not recruit on forums such as this. Only scammers do this.
