Hello there, We are sponsoring someone from India to visit us for 3-4 weeks during summer break and we are just wondering if she needs Police Clearance certificate for a short visit. please let me know.

Your India PCC is for the time you have stayed in India and not on the time that you have spent in Canada

yeah i know but if i was in canada for more than 6 months i would have been exempt from PCC right

or whether it was for 1 or 2 years still i need to get pcc for PR
