my parent over stayed for here for 1 year..I’m planning to send them home this May..my question is if one of them will wish to come back because there visa will expire 2021,they can come back with out problem in the port of entry?thanks

That's impossible for anyone to say. Whether they will be allowed to enter Canada and for how long will be up to the CBSA officer they encounter at the border. A year long overstay is very long. I would recommend they return to their home country as soon as possible and remain in their home country for at least one full year before attempting to return to Canada.

They need to be out of Canada for an extended period, or there is a significant chance that CBSA will refuse them reentry. Maybe wait at least for a year before coming back.
