University or college for overall 6.5

Hello everyone..please reply soon as i don’t have much time to think
My band score is overall 6.5
L 7.5
R 6
W 6
S 5.5
I recently recieved the offer letter from sault college offering two years diploma of early childhood education and its deadline to pay fee is 17 april.i am affraid that if i will get visa or not because of 5.5 band in one module.
I consult my agents and they recommend me to give ielts exam again.and also to start process of my student visa and to pay half fee before 17 april.i am not sure that if i will give exam i will score each 6.

I consult to another agent and they recommend me to apply for a offer letter of uni of winipeg but its offer letter is not sure.they just say me that i may recieve my offer letter in one month.
So please advise me right path.

Best is to take ielts again as it definitely increase ur possibility of getting visa.
After all u have 5.5 in speaking which is most crucial thing to survive in canada.
Visa officer might reject u on ur ielts score .
It is possible to get offer from university either it is for a diploma programme or it may be pathway or LE course , so why to waste money on that cousre.
Where it is possible to spend some money here in India and take ielts again and give ur best.
As u don't have offer letter till now from university and if u apply through college that it is non sds or general category whose visa success rate is lower.
If u apply to university with same score it will take 1 to 2 months to get offer and 15 20 days to get all things done, it is April and possibly u will apply in June or july that result in a very short period of time left of sept intake.
It is better to take ielts again and apply for offer letter than u can get visa for September 19 or jan 20
