STUDY PERMIT EXTENTION PLEASE HELP

Hi friends,

My study permit will expire on March 30, 2019, but my current course will end on September,27,2020. So I want to extend my study permit to complete my course and I know we can apply for an extension before 30 days of expiry date but the CIC decision making is too long now so I want to know

CAN I APPLY BEFORE 6 MONTHS BEFORE MY STUDY PERMIT EXPIRES?

am really sorry @bongoman it's my mistake, its March 30, 2020, not March 30, 2019. can you please help me with this I want to apply early as possible but I don't know when to apply
