Hi Seikokimura,

Thank you so much ! Appreciate ur willingness to help ! God bless you. One more question if you can help. Did u submit your ITA with initial BOWP ? Or did you get ITA later ! Did you mention that you will submit AOR late in ur letter to IRCC? Really appreciate your answer as I'm in a tight spot . Thank you so much!
No worries. We all have been there.
I’m kind of guessing that my situation was quite different than yours, as I already had been nominated by my province when I submitted my BOWP application (without an AOR, though). Sorry, if it doesn’t help you.

Hi ! Thank you so much ! It's kinda similar to your situation. I have received my ITA, but can not submit AOR with BWOP. I guess I can try to submit later. Thank you so much !!!

Gotcha. If you received an ITA and submitted your permanent residency application, you can go ahead and apply for a BOWP. Just notify your AOR through their webform, once you get it, and you should be fine.
(If you have an ITA or Letter of Nomination, they know that you’re waiting for an AOR, so they start processing your BOWP, after you notify them that you got it)

Thank you so much dear! Appreciate your kindness! Did you also write a LOE is saying that AOR will be submitted later?

No worries. Apologies, but I’m not familiar with the term “LOE”. But when I submitted my BOWP application and documents, I didn’t write any letter, or attached any letter that was handwritten by me, either.
If you submit your ITA or Letter of Nomination, they know that you’ll be getting an AOR, later.

Thank you dear. LOE is letter of explanation. Thank you for sharing your experience, you have made me feel better about my situation. God bless you! All the best

As far as I know, when applying for the PR, you can't be in a implied status. You can be in a implied status when your PR application is being processed, though.

Hi all,

I am currently in an awkward situation. My PGWP expires at June 27, 2016. My EE score is 443, and I am waiting for OINP AOR/nomination at the moment. My OINP was received by Ontario on Jan 5th, 2016. Given the current speed of AOR for OINP, I am not sure if I can get my nomination (or even AOR) before the expiration of my current PGWP. I have a permanent job at a big company, and the HR is able to get me a letter of employment saying "intent to permanently employ (my name) on a regular full-time basis pending finalization of his Permanent Residence application".

In this situation, can I send a paper application with these supporting document and a letter of explanation of the current situation? Is it possible that I can still work after June 27th?

Is it useful if I write to Ontario explaining all these stuff so that they can speed up the nomination?

The worst case is my BOWP got rejected, and I have to restore visitor record. In this case, can my company "transfer" me to a Chinese branch (I'm Chinese, and my company has a number of branches in China), and "send" me to Canada on "travel"?

I do have an alternative, which is marry my GF who is already a PR. Will this be a better approach?

Any help and suggestion is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
Hi ,

Im a Chinese as well and im under the exactly same awkward situation as yours. My PGWP will expire on June 23rd 2019, but I just get my OINP nomination last Friday which means there is no way that the certificate of OINP will be done before the expiry of teh PGWP ( it usually takes 30-60 days now). So I am planning to submit the bridging work permit by paper submittion (usually it takes 100 days for processing the paper BOWP therefore I can keep working during this period. And my OINP certificate will be 100% done before they reject my BOWP application. Can you please give me some advice on this? I really need some of your experience!

Thanks!!

Hi there,
I am in the similar situation now. My PGWP is expiring soon. Did you apply for BOWP without an ITA and AOR. How did it go? Please help. I am considering to do the same.
