Hi brayana as i applied in jan 8 and not getting any update yet. my wife passport is expiring in july if and in spain it take for 1 and haff month for renew .it between if they approved my application then because i want to renew it now

my question is during the passpor renwing proces if visa approved they give only 30 day to submitted the pp .should i renew it or wait

first to need to new passport and than apply...otherwise on expire how can you travel and it is also mentioned before applying for visa to have passport validity atleast one year

You can renew your passport if you need to. You must give the details of the new passport to your local visa office
