Bank not giving letter as per CIC requirements

I tried to reach my bank and get the details on a bank letter. They gave me a letter with the detail of the account and current balance (in INR and CAD). They however did not give 6 month average balances on the letter and no details of credit cards and loans. For credit card they said its a different agency and for loans, since i dont have any, they cant give me any such letter.

They however gave signed and stamped copy of my bank statement (6 month) and credit card statement (6 month). Will these details work ?

Pester them, chase them, request them.
Give them the soft copy of Word document so as to ease their work.

The balance letter and 6 months statement will work. I do not think you need to give 6 month statement for credit card. Only current statement for credit card should do. They just want to know how much liability you currently have.

You just need
Saving balance letter on letterhead with account opening date and balance as on date
Six month statement attested by Bank.
