Refugee claimant GST and child tax benefit

Iwant to know if refugee claimants are eligible for claiming GST, as i had been here in canada since june 2018 and have a dependent child whom im taking care of

Can u plz share any reference from CRA website , isearched alot but couldn’t find any .. please il be very thankful
