Dear all, I received my ITA in 112th draw and have score of 475.

So far my documentation gathering was going smooth and now i have hit a major roadblock.
I NEED HELP FOR MY LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT.

Since Oct 2015 till now, I have been working in a single company, so that's almost 3.5 years.
I got pay raise twice but no raise in position/ designation. How should i put it on my employment reference letter?
Like should i divide my letter in three parts or should i show just my current salary and current job duties?

Also we are a group of companies.
Due to accounting practices in my company of tax savings and turnovers, my salary in last 3 years have come from 3 different companies (Same owner/ director). so my salary slips and bank entries are showing 3 names instead of one that I mentioned as my place of employment in profile. What should I do?

Will i get rejection because of this?
Getting really scared!

Salary slips are not needed if you can get your compensation mentioned on the letter itself. People get salary slips when they are not able to get compensation information on job reference letter.

Why would you do that? You work for company A you get paid XX amount. Now you are saying sometimes on papers Company B and C pay you which are related to company A

Now you are making your letter

You will write this person is an employee of company A with annual compensation of XX and does following duties.

Where is the need for the company to tell sometimes we pay this employee from our company B. And when we feel like we pay him from company C.

Point is keep things concise and simple. Will save a lot of pain for you. And pray they don't ask for additional information for employment because they can't find your company online.

I have actually kept it clear and concise.
Things mentioned are work hours, job duties (as per NOC), salary, joining date etc.
Even if they find my company online or come visit personally, i still have no problems.
Also i am paying tax and i also have salary entries on my bank statement as well as salary slips.

But the only problem is that over the period of 3.5 years, I got salary from 3 different group companies of the same owner.
So i am confused what should i do

just a regular, widely used letter of employment on company letter head with signature and stamp.

I call to ircc agent yesterday i told him i m waiting from last 31 months so far , he was pretty amazed when he heard 31 months so far , after he told me to hold i will check your file and be back , when he came back again same bullshit i have to wait , your file looks ok , no additional documents have been asked , nothing is on hold , no red flag on the wait , he told me the best thing i can do i just wait ,, sick of there system

Why can’t you submit new EE profile? 32 months is not worth to hang on to this application

I had a arrangement employment, that’s why i m waiting otherwise i had withdrawal the file and applied again

You can resubmit all those again with a new profile but i am not quite followed the arrangement employment. Does this not let you re-apply?

other than praying there is nothing in our hands. When I spoke with agent he is very rude and he doesn't even took my application numbers and giving very generic replies that I need to wait until someone reach out to me or make changes to my profile. This is very upsetting. I am not sure who is training them to be in customer service. It is part of their job to listen and provide anything that they can help but rather he is agitated by number of calls? He is in wrong job.
