Np, they started reviewing my availability this week and my background check hasn't started yet and on their website it only shows the date when they started processing my app and that medical results have been received but nothing like medical pass nothing about interview, or fingerprints i did know it when i called i tried link my app but it asked to take my rep off of my app so thats why i didn't link it

I have a question. When CIC requests more documents do they send me an email asking about sending me an email and reply through that email within 7 days? I was expecting something appeared to my canada.ca account but there is no update but I just got an email.

Hi there I need help anybody on the same situation?

Theres an update on my gckey account. Its change to We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email.

I dont receive any email but my sponsor recieved the email stating like this.

"To continue processing your application, additional documents required within 7 days.
Provide T4 for 2018 must be submit within 7 days.
Provide Paystub from all employer for last year must submit within 7 days.
If its not available and you cant provide please explain why and why not available.
If you failed to provide the requested documents we will continue processing you application base on what we have on your file that may result on refusal of your application.
