Thank you for your reply. I did my 4 year bachelor's in agriculture and 2year master's (MSc) in environment management both from India. When I tried using wes degree equivalency tool it showed result 4yr bachelor's for my bachelor's degree but only 1yr graduate study for my 2yr master's and I came to hear that 1 yr graduate study cannot be included under any head and only bachelor's will be applicable.hence I am in delima since I am trying for pr.please guide me through.Yes, as long as your degrees are evaluated.
You can get your degrees evaluated by the University of Toronto if you don't want to go through WES.

Actually my Bsc agriculture by itself is a 4 year professional course in India. I haven't applied for an eca yet, this is just a sample report I got while using the equivalency tool in the wes website so I am not certain what the final assessment will be. I want to know what if in the worst scenario they assess my master's as a 1yr graduate study will I be eligible to apply for two or more certificate or only for bachelor's?No, you can include a 1-year degree as well if the other degree is a 3 year or longer course.

However, if you have a master's degree, you just need to get that evaluated since you will get 126 points for a Master's degree at the university level. Even if it's one year.. it just has to be evaluated as a Master's degree.
You can check that here -> https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/education-assessed/read-report.html
Search for CRS and then Master's, and you'll see that a 1-year Master's degree is perfectly fine. In fact, I have a 1-year MBA that was evaluated as a Master's degree and I got 126 points.
Alternatively, if for some reason your M.Sc is not recognized as a Master's, you can submit it for 2 or more degrees since your B.Sc is recognized as a 3-year degree. You will only get 119 points, not 126.
Get your degrees evaluated first. Are you certain that your M.Sc will not be recognized as a Master's?

If you already have a masters degree, why do you think WES won't recognize it?Can someone guide me. I have bachelor degree of 2 years and also master degree of 2 years. Wes will give me the equivalence of bachelor. If I also do pgd of one year from virtual University of Pakistan. Will Wes give the equivalence equal to master? Or what if I do ma English from Punjab university. It's a two year degree but can be done in one year. What should I do to get equivalence of master in Canada? Thank you
My master degree is equivalent of 16 years of education. Where as in Canada master degree is equivalent to 18 years of education. What if I do one pgd. To get more CRS points. If you already have a masters degree, why do you think WES won't recognize it?
To answer your question - to get recognized with a degree equal to a Master's in Canada, you have to complete a degree equal to a Master's in Canada. I'm not trying to be funny - that is what you need to do.
A master's from a recognized university in Pakistan ought to be seen as equivalent. You can also try contacting WES and asking them, since they are the ones doing the evaluation.
You can try their online tool -> https://applications.wes.org/ca/degree-equivalency-tool/
