@WYWH Thank you very much!@pk107
Are you able to check ECAS and GCKey status and have you called CIC to inquire about transfer of your file?
@sandeep_s Congrats!
September applicants, would you please keep updating September spreadsheet? It helps us see which stage everyone is at. If you need help with adding yourself, you can PM me with your timeline. Thanks!

Congratulations again and enjoy your new chapter!!!! Well deservedMy file is with a local visa office in South Africa. I am impressed with how quick they were. It is merely 2 months after AOR2. I am truly blessed.
Yes my background check went into process quite early. I wonder whether they start checking it early, seeing as my entire decision making process took only 2 months it might be possible. Now I just hope and pray that COPR comes before my fiance is flying to Canada. They are flying on 15 June, and I would love to join them. So if I can resign before the end of April, that would help a lot.@ruanp28 I see on the spreadsheet that your BGC also showed "in process" from the very start (I assume since you linked your GCKey, after SA received). I have been wondering about this. There are quite a few people who have the same update, including me, so it makes me wonder if they really do start some BGCs early, before they even transfer our files or if this maybe doesn't mean anything (possibly CIC not entering the correct status). I am still puzzled.![]()
I am pretty sure you will receive your COPR in April. That never takes long, I am not sure how courier services are in your area, for sending your passport to your VO, but generally these things don't take more than a month, from what I've seen.Yes my background check went into process quite early. Oh gosh I was wondering why it would not show days haha. My bad, thanks for fixing!I am pretty sure you will receive your COPR in April. I can see how excited you are, you entered 2018-03-28 as your PPR date in the spreadsheet, haha, and I was wondering why it wasn't showing how many days.I've corrected it.
Early BGC gives me hope too, so keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't take too much longer for us.![]()
Congratulations! I'm glad that you got the PPR and thanks for the update. Now hopefully we get ours soon too! Good luck with everything elseMy file is with a local visa office in South Africa. I am impressed with how quick they were. It is merely 2 months after AOR2. I am truly blessed.
Thank you, just hold on tight. We were expecting to only get it in about 3 months (June), which makes it easier otherwise you keep on driving yourself crazy.Congratulations!
