hello all, I just logged into ecas and there's a new line on the sponsors side :

We sent you correspondence on March 26, 2019 about the decision on your application.

I guess they are slow to send that correspondence because I haven' received anything yet in my email both junk and inbox lol (unless they are physically mailing something?)

Could it be that the correspondence was sent to your GCKey account?

the only thing that shows on the GCKey is the elibility passed letter and medical instruction letter for my husband. I received SA in my personal email last week (5 days after decision made) so I assume that it should go to my email at some point.

Makes sense. Keeping fingers crossed for you!

Per IRCC, I the sponsor got eligibility passed and ECAS displays decision made on the sponsor side.

The applicant file is still in process.
We got an email today to indicating that my hubbys file was transferred to etobicoke. We live in Scarborough. IRCC advises there is no specific reason...possible work sharing or closer to home.

Hi barsarah,

How can we know when the BGC started? Thanks for your clear information.
You'll see an update on MyCIC/GCKey without any notification. For most of us, it started right after receiving our medical requests. Some of ours started within the same week of MR and some started with a bit of a delay after 2 to 6 weeks due to the holiday season (X-Mas and NYE). So that's like 2.5 to 3.5 months after your application was received.

To those who got a ramdon check from ircc just for confirmation can anybody tells me here what are the numbers their using? Is it no caller id, private number? I really dont answers strangers numbers today someone is calling and i didnt pick up here is the number ‭(659) 797-3000‬(its says canada) thanks
Just looked up the area code 659 on Google. It is not from Canada but was a proposed area code for Alabama that was put on hold (currently not in use). So you have nothing to worry... Check https://www.allareacodes.com/canadian_area_codes.htm for the Canadian area codes if you like.

As i have seen in previous forums also, who have got these random calls from IRCC, they always left voicemail . If there is no voicemail, nothing to worry about.
