Status of Iqama Holder in Saudi Arabia

Hello,
I am living in Saudi Arabia for the past 7 years. I have changed 3 jobs, so having three iqamas showing three different company names.
In IMM0008ENU_2D question no # 10, current country of residence:
What shall I select as principal applicant?
- Permanent Resident
- Worker
- Foreign National

Shall I need to include all translation copies of these Iqamas. As proof of admission which kind of documents shall be attached with application
With my recent employer its less than 6 months. Shall i apply from Saudi Arabia, london office or I have to apply from Pakistan.

Iqama is a temporary residence permit for workers. So the best fit is Worker category.

As you are a Pakistani. Your visa office is London by default. You don't need to submit any iqama copy to show eligibility for selecting London as your visa office.

You can apply from anywhere. It doesn't matter. Just make sure you put your present address correctly in your country of residence.

For Spouse:
In IMM-008 form section 13
Current country of resident, I selected :"Saudi Arabia".
In Status what shall I select:
1-Vistor
2- Foreign National
or I select
3-Others and in next section I write "Resident Permit"
What shall I write in "From" and "To" for me and for my Spouse
