I would love this, but unfortunately the spreadsheet is locked to whoever created it, so I can't change it. @JoshC has made a bunch of great changes to the 2019 one though.Do u think it is possible to add a column for the location of applicant?

The only thing I will add is that the additional information (2nd post) is not necessarily correct. They claim only PA from high approval rate countries are put into the Low risk stream. My PA is from Philippines and we were processed completely in Mississauga and total processing time was only 4 months. It was never transferred to the local VO. I am doubting Philippines made it onto that prestige list of countriesFor anyone else who is interested in the behind-the-scenes operations of IRCC and how applications are selected to stay in Mississauga, I came across an old post recently that provides some concrete information.
The poster, @SeineToHumber, used access to information laws to request an operational bulletin from IRCC that describes how the process works, which you can see here: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/ob570-stream.513446/#post-6426449
Unfortunately, the government redacted the specific criteria used to triage applications, which is precisely what would be of most interest to applicants like us, though the OP provides a few extra bits of collected information in this post: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/ob570-stream.513446/page-4#post-6962297
Hope it sheds a bit of light, for those who share my nerdy interest!
If it makes you feel better, at least yours was sent to a VO, mine still sits in SydneyI am so jealous of most people here, medical passed back in 1 FEB and sent to VO Singapore (My Wife is Cambodian) and still on BGC with no answer and now with the new un-helpful status bar it remind me everyday I have 5 months left Hope I will get to hear something from them soon also it say They have not received biometrics even though on the page itself it show her biometric number and everything.....Hope no problems with the background just wish I could hear something from them soon, its so stressful as everyone can imagine
Was your file transferred to HKVO or CPC-M? Do you think the tension could potentially prolong the background check processing time?My wife is in Beijing...not a good location considering all the tensions between the two countries
How long did you apply? They received mine 31 Aug, I wish you good luck and hope everything will go well with youIf it makes you feel better, at least yours was sent to a VO, mine still sits in Sydney
HKVO. I have no doubt it will take quite a while for my wife as well, sigh...Was your file transferred to HKVO or CPC-M? Do you think the tension could potentially prolong the background check processing time?
My rep said he helped two employees who worked at Huawei a while ago, the background took ages to finish
At least her BGC started, my wife's file sitting idly in HKVO now so I am jealous of youI am so jealous of most people here, medical passed back in 1 FEB and sent to VO Singapore (My Wife is Cambodian) and still on BGC with no answer and now with the new un-helpful status bar it remind me everyday I have 5 months left Hope I will get to hear something from them soon also it say They have not received biometrics even though on the page itself it show her biometric number and everything.....Hope no problems with the background just wish I could hear something from them soon, its so stressful as everyone can imagine
Thanks, they received mine Dec 19th. So it's not that long yet, I orginally applied in August but had it returned so it seems so much longer to me.How long did you apply? They received mine 31 Aug, I wish you good luck and hope everything will go well with you
Thank you! And best wishes to you too.Sorry to hear that. She will get it all done I have seen a few people in other threads from there and they got the PR card. Best wishes

I am originally from China too and been worried about this all the time. My file was transferred to Missisauga though but i doubt if it would make any difference since the background check will be done by other agencies than VO/CPC.HKVO. I have no doubt it will take quite a while for my wife as well, sigh...
