Need help with understanding time of course

Hello, I've been selected in Durham College for the Artificial Intelligence course,

The start date is: 4th September 2019
The end date is: 30th April 2020

According to my calculation, the whole program is less than 8 months, isn't it?

Would I be allowed to get a PGWP after this program?

I really have a limited understanding of the co op work term, so until now I haven't decided on the work term, can you help me with this? What would happen if I go with the co op option, would I still need to pay the fees?

Yes the course would qualify for PGWP without co-op. Would highly suggest co-op. You get Canadian experience which will help you secure a job after graduation and let you get to know the Canadian workplace norms. Many of the co-op employers hire students after co-op. Would imagine AI students are in high demand but getting your foot in the door via co-op is helpful.
