Thanks Nik. I'm actively looking for a job offer in Canada via multiple sources. As for the Masters, i'll try to do it, if i don't get ITA in next few draws. After 7years of my work experience,i find it really tough to go for Masters now. But if it is the only way i'll have to do it. Lets see what April brings in for me.
Instead of the Masters, why don't you go for any One-year study program/dipolma or course. It won't cost you much time but ofcourse one year of your life!

CIC is unpredictable & it's Wednesday too, so we can definitely expect.

And you never know, if they're planning to have 3 draws in March too. Let's see what happens tomorrow!!
Thank you! If I create my EE profile today, will it be considered for tomorrow's draw? (assuming it happens)

Your initial assumption was right.
If you don't have a valid job offer, cannot claim the 50 points.
Have you exhausted all your options in improving your score? Can you try to explain your plans with your employer and negotiate an offer? Because you have the immense chance of being in a LMIA exempt position as an intra-company transferee. Your employer won't have to go through that...
my spouse can improve CELPIP scores by few points( 2 to 6) . However she can't take another exam till April 16 , 6 might not be possible , but 2 is realistic .
