Good day members. I am going through the spreadsheet, trying to get a feel for timing, etc.. And I noticed the column 'Decision Made date ecas estimate'. What does this mean? Once someone gets a test invite, and writes the test, and the results are known(right after you finish the test). Isn't that it? I mean nobody gets a test invite, if they haven't fulfilled all the requirements...And if you pass the test, what decision is there to make?

I got my AOR on 22 Feb 2019 despite of over a month status still shows "Application received". Is this normal practice that status change to "in process" take that much long?

That's not unusual. My wife's took nearly a month as well. If you review the spreadsheet, you'll see various wait time between AOR and IP. Insha'allah/hopefully, you'll see an update this week.

Do you have to submit a web form to update employment changes? It doesn't mention that anywhere in the form.

last time we heard from Calgary office on March 4th. the silver lining is that they will not necessarily delay test dates itself, just the invites will go out later.

Why the would be delaying the applications? Is there something happening at the office I don’t know off?
