We are in a same boat. I'm also a BC-PNP inland applicant (AOR mid Oct - no update since the Med pass in Nov). Based on the immitracker website, only a few pnp-inland applicants have received their PPR over the last several weeks.

Hi, Do you which is your Visa office. I am also BC PNP inland application. AOR 4th Oct.

Her "Eligibility: Recommend Pass" means the file is close to approval. Did you see it in the GCMS notes or an agent told you? There is no defined timeline for "Security Check." But, it seems you have crossed the eligibility hurdle!

There should be an option for you to upload on your IRCC profile after you click "View Submitted Documents...." Also, you can try uploading my making a case enquiry form. After you fill it, there will be an upload option: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

i checked morning at 9 ist ...no ghost update...if i dont get tomorrow i think its going to be a long wait for me
