Traveling on BOWP

I am from Poland and currently working on BOWP as my PR application is in progress since July 2018. Last August i traveled back home during my closed work permit (LMiA) without problems.

Can I fly to Poland and back on BOWP? Poland is visa exempt and I will have to apply for ETA for sure.

Please advise.
