Also, I have another question. in my ECAs it says:
  1. We sent you a letter on March 15, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
What was that for? any idea? Anyone please
Seems like they have something to tell you but can't be done by online directly.
It could be a number of things, but if it's on the PA's side in all likelihood it was the biometric request.
(This is what showed up in our eCAS for the PA after the biometric request.)

That is possible,
It was updated on March 15, same day I received Biometrics request but that was through CIC. I never got any letter/correspondence through mail.

The sponsorship part of the application is processed completely separately from the relationship part, which is why @kcward7 said it has no impact. You are being looked at only as an individual in that stage -- i.e. your criminal history, whether you're receiving social assistance, have an undischarged bankruptcy, potential earlier failed undertakings, etc.

Just saying as I don't want anyone to start going down the paranoid path that the relationship has any effect whatsoever on this step! ;)
Yep, case in point, We were together 11 months, married 1, we got AOR in 10 days and I got SA days after that.

Okay, then that's definitely what it is. Their system is not designed to be more specific -- it will just say that message about the letter regardless of the delivery method (ours also came through myCIC).

My husband made an appointment for the Medical Exam(it was a three month wait) and it's coming up in about 3 weeks. Does anyone know, can he go ahead and complete the medical(through approved clinic) before the official MR is sent out? We received the AOR on March 23.

Unfortunately no. He has to bring with him a form that CIC issue when they request a medical exam.

Shoot. OK. Thanks for the info. I hope it gets to him in time. It was a risk scheduling ahead of time.
I think you should contact them to mention the situation just they know it's not cause you have "forgotten"

You're welcome. May I ask what country this is? Appointment 3 months ahead it's very hard, for sure. I didn't even think physicians may be that busy.
But many applicants are getting their med requests soon after SA, maybe 1-2 weeks after. There's a decent chance you'll get yours. If you don't get them in 10 days prior an exam, contact CIC via phone call or web form. Explain your case and maybe they'll send you the forms. Good luck!

You always have another option: go to another country to get your meds done. I know it's easier said than done but I know some forum members went to Malaysia from Singapore because there are no available doctors in Singapore. In Europe you can also go to any country, it's still relatively close. It's a language challenge of course, but many physicians list "English" as one of the languages they speak. It might be the fastest option for you.

Switzerland. There are only 2 office that do are identified to do medicals for Canada. I had it in mind to call CIC next week if there was no form.

@schweisy might help you here with her experience. I know they couldn't find a doctor in Berlin or anywhere close and they finally booked one in 3 weeks from "Med requested" date somewhere in Frankfurt if I'm correct. So Germany is definitely an option for you if you're in Switzerland :)
