Hello there, I need help regarding visitor Visa. I've applied for it 7 months ago and got refusal twice. First refusal was 8 months ago and then I was applied again with improved documentations. Then got 2nd refusal. Both time applied by self using this forum and YoutYou.

Now my query is it's been 7 months completed.

1. So can I apply again for visitor Visa?
2. If I would go through consultant is that help? And how much they charge approx in India.
3. 2 refusals with common reasons will make issues?

Please help me out with this questions.
Thank you! In advance

We had advised you earlier to not apply.

If you recall, your first TRV application was to meet your friend for a visit of 3 months + this is your first visit abroad + your purpose of visit was not a convincing one. This collectively explains that TRV refusal.

Your second application was for a Work Permit. Not sure how you were able to get an approved LMIA. Considering the number of scams and fake job offers, it would have been prudent to double/triple check any job offers/LMIA before applying for a work permit. So, no idea about your work permit refusal.

IMO - and based on your posts - I don't think you have strong ties to India + you don't have a convincing purpose of visit + your financial situation is not strong + no previous travel history, etc.

Two applications in 7 months indicates a sense of desperation. It would be best to not apply until your personal and professional circumstances change. It's your choice though if you want to reapply

Thanks for reply Brianna
I didn't applied for work permit, both time TRV. Have more than 3+ years of experience in my field then whats the requirements to visit.? When I can reapply. I'm married and well settled in India, just because not owning more properties I can't go? Tell me when I can apply back.

Thanks

Lack of property ownership does not mean that someone cannot get a TRV.

It would be best to step back and re-evaluate your previous TRV applications - right from the purpose of your visit.... to your intended duration of stay of three months.... to your financial situation.... to your ties to India.

You can apply anytime you are able to prove that you have overcome the refusal reasons.

That said, as this is your first visit abroad.... your purpose is to learn music production techniques from your friend.... and two TRV refusals in a short seven months (and a third application in shortly), it might give the impression that your actual purpose of visit is different from the stated purpose. I would wait several months to establish stronger ties before reapplying, but it is your choice
