Hello Seniors

The eligibility for express entry says that minimum of 300 score is required for alberta PNP.
But question is , does one need to be working/studying in Alberta/Canada for successful nomination?

Does someone having a CRS score of 380/390 but having no prior ties to Alberta has no or very little chances for nomination ?

Please advise

Hey there

I have no ties to Alberta, I receiving NOI on 13 March with CRS Score 434
I studied in Canada yes
But no ties to Alberta yet.

I didn’t study in Canada and I have no ties in Alberta. I also received NOI and I have sent out my application and I’ve received file number.

But you are inland and have job offer atleast -right ?
Nope...none of the above! But I’m certain I’ll get nominated soon.

Sorry for being noob here, but I need to know the process of applying for AINP EE.
Just mentioning in the express entry is enough? Or do I need to apply on Alberta website?

No you can’t apply to them directly. They have to send you a notification of interest letter first.

How does one get that?
You just have to have an updated EE profile that indicates Alberta as one of the provinces you’ll like to settle in.
