Hi, I'm applying to the Bridging Open Work Permit too but I don't which of these options I should select.

1. Apply for a work permit with the same employer
2. Restore my status as a worker
3. Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
4. Get a new temporary resident (for inadmissible applicants only?

If you are already employed, I think you should select "Apply for a work permit with the same employer". Key thing is, under DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA section within the form, select "Open work permit".
