As for employers, there is no list of employers who offer LMIAs. You should apply for jobs in your field through reputable sites such as LinkedIn and hope you get lucky and find an employer who is willing to give you a job and also obtain an LMIA.
Generally speaking, it's next to impossible to find employers who are willing to go through this process.
