Hi All - Can we create another express entry profile after submitting a CSE for withdrawal of the PR application or should we wait for the confirmation of withdrawal from IRCC? No MEP so far, it's been just a month since i submitted the application.

Not sure why and what you want to do and 'or' seems confusing, how can 'submitting CSE' and 'confirmation from IRCC' come with 'or'

The question is very clear and using 'or' doesn't create any confusion - The reason why 'or' should be used is IRCC will take time to confirm the withdrawal of application. It doesn't happen as soon as submit my form for withdrawal of application.

I clearly mentioned that I've already submitted my application and it can happen only after an ITA is issued

Submit could also mean you are in pool. Anyways I think you should call IRCC and check with them, also refer these:

Submission of PR application doesn't mean that I'm in the pool. If I was in the pool, I would have told that. Anyways, thanks for taking time out to help. I truly appreciate

Couldn’t you have corrected it by raising a CSE?

It's a risk and is entirely at the discretion of the visa officer whether to accept it or not. Probably, not worth taking it.
