My friend applied his on dec 21st and got the work permit for 3 years yesterday, I am hoping ours would be approved today.

I think the process got slower. A couple weeks ago I saw some January applicants starting receiving updates.

You can find the "web form". A couple of people here contacted IRCC through it and they got the results.
If mine exceeds 60 days I will do the same.

I read that above, they contacted IRCC before 84 passes. And they got answers. Read the previous posts.
Is more than 90 days today. I submitted a web form today. Applied on 22nd dec 2018
