Ouf!! So glad to inform you that my application has been approved and I just got back my passports from my VO with my visa stamped and my Certificates of Permanent Resident.
Thank you Lord for your assistance, for being my guide, my enlightener all along this long process. Thank you guys for being here for me too. 7 years of endurance, patience, privation, cries,... I am done now and very happy.

According to my knowledge, you Applied for Quebec PR and you must land in Quebec and complete the pending PR procedure. Once that is done then you can go to any part of Canada.Just out of interest. Must a QSW PR land(first entry point in Canada) in Quebec territory first, or you can land in another Province and then transit to Quebec province? What's your thought?
I had the same question and called the doc office, but he told me that without the reference number on the request paper they can not do the medicals. You have to wait.Hi There,

Only the conditions on your CRP would determine your destination city. This condition will be written on your CRP by the immigration officer when you land.Just out of interest.
