Work experience query

Hello friends,

I have a que
I worked in a company from 18 dec 2017 to jan 30 2018 - 1.5 months
Then I had to go to India as I had some medical issues and i came back in may end and started working from june 10 until 4 aug- almost 2 months.

And on 6 aug I started a new job and currently working there. Which makes almost 8 months
My question is will it be considered as 1 year of experience for express entry or not??

To be eligible you must have at least one-year CONTINUOUS experience. I.e. no gap, not even a day btw Aug 4 & Aug 6.

I called CIC and they say that each day or month you work is considered. The work done in india should be continous

If it’s canadian then u r eligible under Canadian experience class if u have accumulated an experience of 52 weeks with 30hrs every week then yes u r eligibile

There is one more issue.
In some weeks i have worked 31 hours a week and in some 40 or so and when i checked average score it shows 31.56.

I am not sure what to put in: average or 40
However employer gave me a letter with 40h/w

In that case ask your employer to put 30 hrs per week or more

What exactly he should be putting?

He should be writing Mr Xyz works 30 hrs or more per week. There is other way to do it. One of my friend did that and got approved. The total hours u have worked so far during your stay in your company can be mentioned. If the total turns out to be 1560 hrs or more in 1 year then still it’s acceptable by CIC
